Our screen printing process is the best way to print your company’s logo, marketing message or artwork onto your selected garment. There are many fabrics suitable for screen printing, making this process the most versatile and economical method of transferring your ideas into an appealing marketing vehicle.

What are the advantages of screen printing?

Screen printing is one of the most popular methods of apparel printing and it’s the most widely used method of t-shirt printing. The process involves pushing ink through a woven mesh silk screen stencil onto fabric.

Bulk Printing

Screen printing is the most cost effective branding solution for bulk printing needs.

Finer Detail

Compared with embroidery, screen printing allows for finer detail in your design.

Larger Designs

Works better than embroidery for larger designs, particularly on the back of garments.

How it works

  1. Create screen – If you’re not an existing customer, you’ll need to send us your logo so we can create a negative transparency which we use to create your screen.
  2. Print – We’re suppliers of the best quality apparel for available in Australia, but we’re happy to embroider on garments which you supply too. Once you’ve signed off your sample, we’re ready to go. Our standard turnaround time (depending on workload) is one to two weeks. We do offer a “rush” service too if you’re in a hurry.
  3. Curing – Following being printed, your garments are sent through a heated “curing tunnel” which cures the ink onto your garment.
